2.Cannabis Cultivation Data: As part of our SaaS product, we collect specific busi-
ness-related data you input, including details about your cultivation processes, equip-
ment, soil, water, power usage, plant inventory, yields, sales data, and income and ex-
pense information.

Support Data: If you contact customer support, we collect the content of your
communications. Phone conversations or correspondence with our representatives

Usage & Technical Data: We collect information about how you use our Services,

organize pricing and other data by location.

Directory and Public Record Data: We license and collect data from third parties
and publicly available sources to provide our strain database. This data includes
cannabis strain names, lineage, and photos.

validate and enrich the data in our databases. We may also obtain information from
third parties for marketing and advertising purposes.

2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
To provide and improve our Services, including the Cuetip SaaS product.

Special Note on Data Use for Our Services:
Benchmark App Data: The anonymous pricing data you provide through our
Benchmark App is aggregated and used to create our general pricing reports. Your in-
dividual data is not personally identifiable in these reports.
ERP App Data: The detailed cultivation and financial data you input into our ERP
App is used exclusively for your business-related purposes within your account and is
never integrated into or used for other purposes, such as our general products or ser-
vices.

3. How Do We Share or Sell Personal Information?

We do not rent, sell, or share the personal information you have provided to us when
using our website or mobile apps, except under the following circumstances:
With your explicit permission.
To our service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment
processors or hosting providers. These third parties are contractually bound to protect
your data.
If required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, including lawful re-
quests by law enforcement or other public authorities.

In connection with the merger or sale of all or a portion of our business.
